Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions for children (5+), teens, and adults: trauma and its after-effects, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, life transitions, and the patterns that keep repeating.

Family sessions

Where involving the family is part of the work.

Approaches

Trauma-focused CBT, DBT skills, and depth-oriented shadow work, matched to the person rather than the diagnosis.
